July 9, 2026 | Enugu, Nigeria
July 9, 2026 marked a significant milestone for Zitellight Homes Smart Developers Ltd as the company celebrated two important achievements: the recognition of outstanding realtors through its Incentive Day and the grand opening of its new office at No. 56A Amuri Road, Federal Housing, Trans-Ekulu, Enugu.
The Incentive Day was organized to recognize and appreciate members of our real estate team who demonstrated exceptional commitment, consistency, and sales performance. As part of our culture of appreciation and motivation, our CEO personally rewarded realtors who recorded outstanding sales during the period.
At Zitellight Homes, we believe that the people behind our success deserve to be recognized. The Incentive Day was therefore more than a celebration—it was an opportunity to acknowledge hard work, encourage healthy performance, and inspire our team to continue pursuing excellence.
GRAND OPENING OF OUR NEW OFFICE
The celebration also featured the official grand opening of our new office at No. 56A Amuri Road, Federal Housing, Trans-Ekulu, Enugu.
The new office represents another step forward in our growth and commitment to providing a more accessible and professional environment for our clients, realtors, partners, and prospective investors.
The occasion brought together members of the Zitellight Homes team, realtors, clients, partners, and well-wishers who joined us to celebrate this important milestone.
A NEW CHAPTER OF GROWTH
The opening of our new office and the recognition of our outstanding realtors reflect the values that continue to drive Zitellight Homes—growth, excellence, teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to our clients.
As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our presence in the real estate industry, we remain committed to creating opportunities, recognizing excellence, and delivering value to everyone who chooses to journey with us.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who joined us on this memorable day and everyone who continues to support the Zitellight Homes vision.
This is more than a new office. It is a new chapter.
Welcome to the new home of Zitellight Homes Smart Developers Ltd.
