Taking Real Estate Learning from the Classroom to the Field
As part of the practical learning experience at the Zitellight Homes Academy, our Realtors are set to embark on their first practical site inspection tour.
📅 Date: Saturday, 1st August 2026
🕘 Take-Off Time: 9:30 AM
📍 Take-Off Point: Zitellight Office, No. 56A Federal Housing, Enugu
(Beside MTN/Umuchinemere Bank Office, Pole Bus Stop)
SITES TO BE VISITED
Our Realtors will be visiting two of our properties:
1. Peace Layout
2. Hossana Estate
This practical inspection is designed to give participants the opportunity to move beyond classroom theory and experience real estate directly on the field.
During the inspection, Realtors will learn how to properly observe and understand a property’s location, accessibility, environment, development potential, property features, and other important factors that a professional realtor should be able to identify and communicate to clients.
The exercise will also help participants develop their confidence in property presentation, client engagement, site explanation, and real-world real estate practice.
WHY THIS INSPECTION MATTERS
At Zitellight Homes Academy, we believe that becoming a successful Realtor requires more than theoretical knowledge. You must understand the property, experience the location, and know how to confidently present it to a client.
This first practical inspection is therefore an important part of the Academy’s training journey, giving our Realtors the opportunity to apply what they have learned and gain valuable firsthand industry experience.
