From the Classroom to the Field — Our Realtors in Action
The Zitellight Homes Academy continued its practical learning journey as our Realtors successfully embarked on a Mass Site Inspection Tour on Friday, 21st August 2026.
The inspection took our Realtors through four of our strategic property locations:
📍 City of Light Estate
📍 Seda Millennium City Estate
📍 Wonder Land Smart City
📍 Evidence City Estate
This practical experience gave our Realtors the opportunity to step beyond classroom theory and gain firsthand knowledge of the properties, their locations, accessibility, surrounding environments, development prospects, and available investment opportunities.
AN EXPERIENCE BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
The inspection was designed to help our Realtors understand the importance of knowing a property before presenting it to a client.
Through the field experience, participants were able to strengthen their understanding of:
- Property location and accessibility
- Property features and investment opportunities
- How to properly present properties to prospective clients
- Client engagement and communication during property inspections
- Understanding the value and potential of different locations
- Building confidence through firsthand property experience
It was a day filled with learning, interaction, exploration, and practical real estate experience as our Realtors continued to develop the skills required to operate confidently in the field.
CAPTURING THE EXPERIENCE
The pictures from the inspection capture some of the memorable moments from the day — from the journey to the various locations, property exploration, team interactions, learning sessions, and the practical experience gained on the field.
These moments represent more than just photographs; they are snapshots of a learning journey and the development of the next generation of professional Realtors.
At Zitellight Homes Academy, we don’t just teach real estate — we take our Realtors into the field to experience it.
Another successful inspection. Another practical milestone. Another step toward professional excellence.
